• What can I expect my life coach to help me with?

My coaching is present and future based. I help to brainstorm, work on action plans, gain motivation/confidence, improve relationships and communicate effectively. My purpose is to help you find what is wrong, fix it, set goals, and move toward achieving them.

• How will I talk to my coach?

LBN offers video, phone, chat, and texting sessions.  You decide which platform you are most comfortable using. I have various timed sessions to accommodate most schedules.

• Is there an age or gender restriction?

     LBN  clients are 18 years of age and older.  All genders are welcome.    

• Is there a time commitment?

There are no time commitments.  You may cancel at any time.   However,  to reap the full benefit of  LBN Coaching,  a three-month session minimum is recommended.  Remember this is AN INVESTMENT IN YOUR TRANSFORMATION.

• How do I sign up?

There are links on the website leading to the Lyfe Coach Shop or an event calendar.  You decide which program works best for you. You may also call to make an appointment.

• What are your qualifications?

I'm trained and certified to give professional coaching that's healthy and focused on achieving results.

• Do you take insurance?

I currently don't participate with any insurance provider, but I am happy to provide documentation to submit for reimbursement.

• Is my information secure?

 Yes, all information here is 100% private and never shared with anyone. Your payment transactions are secured with bank-grade SSL encryption.

• How does coaching benefit me?

Coaching is a catalyst for your growth.  Coaching is not fixated on underlying issues.  It doesn't live in your past.  It's solution-based, not problem-based. You will achieve your goals and learn more about yourself along the way. I will act as a mirror to increase your self-awareness and be a non-biased sounding board to help address the problems and obstacles you face. Don't forget I am your accountability partner holding you to your goals and deadlines so you can maximize your happiness and success. Coaching is that investment that you owe yourself.  Results - YOU WIN!

• What is your refund or cancelation policy?

Refund Policy: I do not offer refunds on coaching services.  I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and that requires a strong commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package.  It is for you to decide if I am the right coach for you. I will give 100% and I expect no less from you.  * In Extreme situations a refund may be granted*

 Cancellations: The client agrees that it is the client's responsibility to notify the coach 24  hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings to reschedule and make up the session within one week of the originally scheduled date.  Sessions not canceled 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. You must prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.  The coach reserves the right to bill the client for a missed meeting or cancellation with less than 24-hour notice. The coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.
